Cynthia is a seasoned Administrator with eleven years post national service experience. 
Currently, she is a Junior Research Development Officer (RDO) in the Office of Research, Innovation and Development, University of Ghana attached to the Pre and Post Awards team and stationed at the Noguchi Satellite Office.
She is also the Africa Member Coordinator of the International Association of People and Performance Development (IAPPD) responsible for the coordination of member countries since July 2016.
Prior to her appointment as a Junior RDO in January 2018, she was a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Department of Epidemiology and Disease Control, School of Public Health, University of Ghana with the responsibility of managing the administrative activities in the department. 
She was the Project Administrator of the R4D (SNSF) Project primarily in-charge of the “Health Systems Governance for an Inclusive and Sustainable Social Health Protection in Ghana and Tanzania” Project at the School of Public Health until February 2018.   She also served as the Assistant Coordinator of the Weekend MPH Programme from August 2016 to December 2017. 
Cynthia is the Women’s Leader of First Service Protocol Ministry of the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry, North Legon Accra.
She enjoys organising and coordinating and also listening to music.
