Mr. Jacob Kilbertson Zuttah

Jacob holds a BSc. in Agriculture (Soil Science) and an MPhil in Agricultural Extension both from the University of Ghana. He also obtained Certificates in Rice Production and Water Harvesting for Small Scale Irrigation from the Fukushima Agricultural Research Centre in Japan and the University of New England, Armidale in Australia respectively.
Prior to joining the University, Mr. Zuttah was a Lecturer in Development Communication at Wisconsin International University College, Ghana. He also worked as training Agronomist at the Irrigation Development Centre of Ghana Irrigation Development Authority and as a Trainer with the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI).
Mr. Zuttah was the first Research Development Officer for the College of Education and presently the leader of the Research Performance team at the Office of Research, Innovation and Development of the University. The team’s task is to monitor, evaluate and interpret data on rankings, publications etc. and develop mechanisms for fostering performance improvements among internal stakeholders.
